How to use

Check the fields you want in the sidebar, fill in rows in the table, then hit Download CSV. Import into Jira via Project settings → Import issues → CSV.

  • On the field mapping screen, Jira will auto-match column names if they match the Jira field names exactly — which this tool uses by default.
  • Summary is the only required field. All others are optional but will be left blank if not mapped.
  • For Epic Link, enter the Epic issue key (e.g. PROJ-42). The Epic must already exist in Jira.
  • For Labels and Components, separate multiple values with a space or comma depending on your Jira version.
  • For Story Points, Jira's field name may vary — common names are Story Points, Story point estimate, or your custom field name. Adjust in Jira's mapping step if needed.
