Rates reflect 2024–2025 market averages for professional translation of game UI and narrative content from English. They are ranges because rates vary by vendor type (freelancer vs. agency), specialisation, turnaround time, and volume.
The repetition discount reduces the effective word count to account for fuzzy matches and repeated strings in your Translation Memory. A heavy TM match rate (common in patch updates and DLC) can cut costs significantly. All rates are editable inline — click any rate cell to adjust it. Changes are saved to your browser.
This tool gives translation only. Add 15–30% on top for linguistic QA, desktop publishing, and in-game testing depending on your pipeline.
